Welcome to the first interview in Season 3: Digital Cash – Partners and Patents! We are starting out with an interview with our own CEO, Joachim Samuelsson by Anna Liebel. 

Joachim Samuelsson is a serial entrepreneur and a tech pioneer with over 20 patents in Digital Cash and Proximity Interaction. Prior to Crunchfish Joachim had successful engagements in ComOpt, Actix and Biomain. He started his career at Ericsson in 1989 after a Master of Science degree from Linköping. He involves himself in many social activities pro-bono, e g several business networks, a football club in his hometown Helsingborg, as well as youth entrepreneurship.

In this interview, Joachim and Anna talk about leadership and fostering an environment where curiosity, creativity and caring can prevail. Joachim also tells a story from his military service, where a major gave a fantastic piece of leadership advice that Joachim has used throughout his entrepreneurial career. During Season 2: Cash goes digital – a payment pandemic, Anna Liebel was interviewed in return on Leadership.
